The role of Marketing Conductor is to oversee the execution of the marketing plan, analyze results, observe external changes, and do course-correction as necessary. 

As the army saying goes: “A battle plan is excellent until the first shot is fired“. No marketing plan should live in a vacuum, and it is the Marketing Conductor’s responsibility to make sure the marketing objectives are met.
